lyrics
I can't believe I'm done here. I put my time in with the doctors and they've taught me great deal. But that's not all of it, actually, really it came from everybody around me. Zannotti, Jim P, Andrew Steeno, you know the guys I make music with. Jon, Luke, Zak and Alden, all of them giving me an opportunity to be a puzzle piece, more than I used to be. Rodey, Toast and the Pocket, keeping it funky when we lock in, memories worth stockin'. So listen to this, I will repeat it again and again...
I'd like to thank you.
I probably forgot a hundred names, maybe they didn't fit in this rhyme, but did you hear the refrain? I'm thanking everybody in my life; mom dad, sister, brother, my eventual wife.
But for real, this has been a hell of time, all puns aside I really felt like part of a grand design.
This is a sign, that all is right in my life. Or maybe I'm blind.
I feel more grateful than ever before.
Because when I open up these doors, I see more and more and more. And with this, I look back on my past and realize that all you wonderful people have always been by my side. So I'll tell you time and time again...
So now, what do I do? I'll have a piece of paper that says I'm okay at music, and Spanish, y puedo tocar el piano, that's right I said it just to prove it. I still need you to help me out, make sure I'm always making music and my chin is never down. Let's finish this up so we can take this funky song downtown.
